Preparing for Your Visit
Before your appointment, we'll help you get organised. You'll receive a text reminder the day before your visit — and for initial or comprehensive eye exams, this may include a link to a short patient survey.
To get the most from your appointment, please bring:
- Any reports or letters from GPs, specialists, or allied health providers
- Your current glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, or prescriptions

When You Arrive
We aim to make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. Your appointment typically runs 30–60 minutes and begins with pre-testing, where our team takes measurements and images to support the optometrist's assessment. This allows us to build a more complete picture of your vision and eye health before your consultation begins.
Your Eye Examination
Your eye test is thorough, personalised, and never rushed. During your consultation, we will:
- Assess how clearly you see
- Check your eye health
- Explore how your eyes work together
- Understand how your vision is affecting your daily life
We take the time to explain everything clearly, so you leave feeling confident in your results.
After Your Eye Test
Once your examination is complete, we'll ensure your current eyewear is clean, comfortable, and working well. If an update is needed, we'll guide you through your options for glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses.
Our approach to frame selection is a little different to what you may have experienced elsewhere. Rather than leaving you standing in front of a wall of frames, we work with you to narrow down the options — taking the guesswork out of the process and making it genuinely enjoyable. Our team is passionate about finding a look you can't wait to show off. Every recommendation is based on what's right for you, your needs and your individual prescription — not what's easiest or quickest.
Billing Made Simple
Your eye examination is direct billed, with your Medicare rebate processed on the spot before you leave — making the process simple and transparent.
